How does our end of tenancy cleaning package work?

If you’re coming to the end of a tenancy contract and need a reliable end of tenancy cleaning service, fixwego professionals will leave the property in spotless condition for your landlord and their next tenants. The best time for cleaner to come, is right after you have moved your belongings from home. Fixwego cleaner would start with general areas – living room, bedrooms, sauna, kitchen and finish with bathroom and hallway.

Q: How can I make changes to my regular cleaning service?

A: Simply send us an e-mail to sales@fixwego.fi or open chat and let us know what would you like to change. Our customer service will do our best to meet your needs.

Q: DO I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER EVERY TIME?

A: We will try and make sure you get the same cleaner every time though we cannot guarantee this due to holidays, sickness absence, and staff rotation. If your regular cleaner is sick or on holiday we can send you a replacement.

Q: DO I NEED TO PROVIDE THE CLEANER WITH CLEANING SUPPLIES?

A: Your weekly cleaner will use the available cleaning products, materials, and equipment at your household (including your own vacuum cleaner). In case there aren’t any, then please make sure to set up your booking with this in mind.

Q: What are the usual hours the regulars cleaners work?

A: The cleaning professionals have different working hours and availability. Your appointment can start as early as 8am or you can book a later slot in the day and with the service finishing by 6pm. We have cleaners working on weekends too, so we have you covered at all times.
